To be given a blank canvas and an ample budget by this client was the perfect way to start our long-term relationship. First, I envisioned the unlimited possibilities for this hillside; just as a painter or a sculptor would start with a blank canvas or a block of stone. Proper maintenance and time transformed the space into the lush landscape it is today.
